Bainbridge on Miers
Hugh Hewitt is a good man but I'm pretty sure he believes it is his role in the political life of the right to be the anti-chicken little. (And, of course, he's been right many times. He was always optimistic about Bush being reelected at times when everyone else was worried.) So it is entirely predictable that he would be all for whomever Bush picked. His frequent guest, Professor Bainbridge, is taking him on, as is Ramesh Ponnuru at The Corner. It's a good fight.
