Pittsburgh Paper Blasts Specter

Editorial blasts U.S Senator Arlen Specter (R-Pennsylvania) for suggesting to the Washington Post that the U.S. Constitution obliges President Bush to pre-vet his Supreme Court nominees with Senate Democrats.
